Okay on a serious note lets talk for a second here me out....

with the addition of Fuller I say Keep Bailey and Cut Revis.

2 firecracker FA signings that would be awesome that we could afford with the proper cuts would be:

CB Trumaine Johnson

DE Sheldon Richardson

with those 2 additions plus the draft we would have a formidable defense

Now Positions of Need:

DE (EDGE), ILB, OLB, CB, LG, TE and RB

Lorenzo Carter DE Georgia

Duke Elijufor DE Wake Forest

Malik Jefferson ILB Texas

Anthony Everett CB Alabama

Bo Scarborough RB Alabama

Royce Freeman RB Oregon

I was kinda suprised by this as well. Though i think he will have more success with mahommes if he plays much. I think its special teams.

I am not too worried about this signing anymore. Remember he broke his leg returning a ball he shouldn't have towards the end of the season. His contract is a base minimum one year deal. Basically the Chiefs are giving him a shot to get into camp and get healthy. We an cut him and only lose 90K.

Tyrann Mathieu has signed with the Texans on a 1 year deal.. you know for Reid and Hunt saying the defense is the problem I'm not seeing the urgency at all to fix the defense, if all we get is Watkins and Hitchens in FA I will be kinda dissapointed

Damn i was really hoping chiefs woukd pair berry amd mathieu together. Our defense now is counting on houston, fuller, ford, jones, berry to have great years amd stay healthy. I think thia draft will be all defense. Maybe a OG as well.

I would agree the draft is going to be focused on the D

The good news is our offense is going to be hard to stop we won't have to hold teams to under 13 to win games this year

We have just under 13mil in cap space do i think we wont be signing any big names. Maybe 1 or 2 more bargain deals.. we have 14mil in dead cap. I doubt we sign any impact players now. I thinkbthe chiefs will want to carry some into next year to resign hill and jones.

Well we will need that to resign pkayers and free agency. I dint think there is a big name player still available for us to sign anyways.

We need NT. Cb, S. I was so hoping for Mathieu. But im not sure if there is any starting caliber players left in those positions. Was also kinda hoping to bring poe back. Maybe SUH? But not sure how he fits in a 3-4 defense.

Tre Boston and Eric Reid are Starting Safeties

Their are a few DT left like Johnathan Hankins ranked #2 as a Run stuffer and #25 as a pass rusher

Junior Gallette would be a great edge rusher for us

CB has a few left
