The Chiefs have declared injured running back Larry Johnson out for Sunday’s game at Indianapolis. The Chiefs said the swelling continues to decrease in Johnson’s injured right foot. He is undergoing treatments twice a day, and his condition will be evaluated after an appointment with a foot specialist. He sustained the injury Nov. 4 against Green Bay.
Priest Holmes is expected to start again in Johnson’s absence.
