    Default Chris Terry Cut

During the beginning of the Titans game in Tenn (watching on streamtvnow) they said that the Chiefs Cut Chris Terry this week. Hope it hasn't been already posted but nevertheless one down tons to go.

He gave it his all -- can't fault him. Coach should have evaluated his current ability better...
You can only have one favorite team. There are no "second favorites".

Agreed, again fault to Herm and I wish Chris Terry luck. One positive is that they are now cutting the dead weight on the O-Line so at least they are seeing the issues and working to change them.

Turley for sure. I'm still scratching my head on why he's still playing with the Chiefs. When he's not hurt he doesn't do much on the field.

Turley was, again, a desperate attempt to solidify the RT position. I think he was doing better this year in pass protection, but still looked atrocious when attempting to run block. Too bad too. He did used to be a monster.

As for Terry, he looked to be below avearge altogether. What I noticed more than anything about him was the unusual number of false-start penalties that he seemed to get called for.

He, also, was a desperate attempt to solidify that position, because we failed to address the offensive line properly, during the draft, and there was an extremely limited amount of available talent through free-agency last year.

As always, I am very optimistic about the likelihood that we will be prsuing O-linemen very heavily this offseason.
