Because I have an upper body, but my legs are suffering from sitting on my *** fixing computer syndrome.
I have lost 60 percent of my legs muscle mass in the last 10 years. I need to use them more I guess.

Well I walk constantly at my job, but I have very little leg muscle myself. I do not go out and exercise, I to dang tired from work!

SB commercials were mostly lame this year....either that or I'm getting too old. Ummm Chiefster at what age did you find them not funny anymore? LOL
As for legs/exercise HH, I don't think that's your issue. I have tree stumps for legs, and spend way too much time at the computer.
