Favre is great, but not only does he have the most yards and TDs...he also has the most INTs...and he broke that record before the other two!!!

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

The major point being he broke the bad record sooner than he broke either of the good ones. He's a great QB, and I'd rather have him (even at his current age) than Alex Smith...but alas, I'd rather take Joe in his prime still.

Although an argument could be made for a couple others who didn't make this list...Unitas, anyone?

You can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs! This is an argument that could go on forever, but Brett with Joes team and Joes with Bretts and how would they have faired? I don't think Joe would have touched what Favre did. I guess for me it is Bretts enthusiasm, love of the game and durability that has made him stand out above other QBs for me!!
The only reason a beer sweats around Canada is because he's decided it will be the next beer he drinks.

    Agreed on both points!

Joe would get my vote (if the poll were different), and I understand your loyalty.
