Chris Leben says he has changed his entire lifestyle and trained like never before, so he might put up a fight!

I look for a knockout in the first round for Leben.

Gonna be close, but both these fighters showed HUGE gains to their ground game.

I still think Herring will get the decision for knocking Congo down a couple times and being dominant on top for 2 rounds.
