Default Chad Johnson - Any Chance?

I've been watching Chad Johnson's press conferences lately and he's obviously not happy playing for the Bungals. Do you think there's any chance he'd land in KC?

It's no secret we need some help at WR. Bowe is going to be great, but Kennison is slowing down a bit and the depth behind him is not inspiring.

Personally I think it's unlikely the Chiefs would spend the money, but as a fan I would LOVE to see Chad sporting the Arrowhead on his helmet.

    Thoughts?

I think we really will be good at receiver , I would like to see Sippio get more play time before I call him out on being a weak link. I think hes gonna be a weapon for sure . Tony G isnt that fast but he has hands and makes yards after the catch. Webb is coming into his own, Bowe, if he can fix his cold weather drops, he will be the best receiver in a long time . Darling is gonna be a stud for us !

Tony is the best TE in the history of the game.

I believe Bowe will be one of the top 3 WR in the NFL in another couple of years barring he stays healthy.

IMO, the jury is out on everyone else and I hope your right about Darling. My question again concerning him is why Baltimore didn't give him more of a chance. Baltimore doesn't have very good receivers.

I heard Chad say that money isn't the issue right now.

Chad Johnson of the Bengals is NOT coming to play for KC. The sooner you accept it the better.
THAT quarterback is NOT a Pro Bowl quarterback. Never was and never will be.

well, maybe not Chad....but what about Roy Williams?
This rumor was posted on another site: "by Rustshack"

K.C. is offering RB Larry Johnson, their #5 pick and a 3rd round selection for WR Roy Williams, #15 and a 4th rounder.

Personally, I think that's a losing trade for the Chiefs. While they will probably get the the super star that will be in the league longer, they are giving up way too much. I think the Chiefs should be receiving a 3rd rounder while still changing their first round picks.

One reason why this won't happen is because the Chiefs will be taking a huge cap hit from the LJ's signing bonus, then they get tagged by Roy's cap number and then have to sign their first round pick as well....and still have to pay JA's franchise number....don't see that happening. Plus, the trade is lopsided in the Lions' favor as currently formatted....IMO.
