Default Rand Finally Bought some Common Sense

I saw this on the Chiefs site this morning:

    http://www.kcchiefs.com/news/2008/04...f_ryans_there/

He is basically saying in the end, that even if Ryan is available, the Chiefs should probably move on. HE said some fascinating things about QBs too, most apparent to me is that very very few first round picked quarterbacks develop at all, and even fewer develop in the first year they are starters.

He talks at length about Brady Quinn, who despite his big endorsement deals is a second string QB.

I would like to see what he thinks about the options if McFadden is still available. I woud doubt that he would be but one never knows.

Most likely, if a good offensive lineman is not available, I would expect the Chiefs to trade down. I am sure there are some other teams out there looking for a fin youg stud QB.

Are you man enough? Eric Berry? Apparently Not!

Chiefster said "To err is human."

That means making an error is what humans do.

You used his smilies and phrases so he was giving you a hard time.

Canada asked if it was "to air" and I told him he was wrong and called him a .

Then you said you were lost, so I sent you a couple of hilarious Garmin GPS commercials so that you could find your way.

It looks like the Ravens are in real need of a QB to the point that they are willing to trade up. If Jake Long isn't there, the Chiefs could be in a real good position to trade to the Ravens and get their #8 pick. And be out of the money round (1-5 picks).

Or if both Long and Ryan are there they might gamble and trade to the Ravens and risk 6 and 7 not taking Long. And I forget who is there but I thought they werent interested in an O-Line.

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...
