    Scouting Report:
    Height: 5-111/2 | Weight: 202 | 40-Time: 4.60
    Official Bio

    Strengths:
Good size and bulk...Quick and plays faster than he times...Has good hands...Nice ball skills and body control...Elusive with terrific vision...Big play threat...Tough and will work the middle of the field...Aggressive..Can also contribute as a return man.

    Weaknesses:
Below average timed speed...Might have trouble separating at the next level...Did not always play against top competition...Marginal route runner...Isn't very strong or physical...Not much of a blocker..Inconsistent...He may not have a lot of upside.

    Notes:
His brother John Rushing played football at Washington St. and is the cornerbacks coach at Utah State....Broke the NCAA's all-purpose yards per play record with an average of 16.2...He scored eight return touchdowns in his career, four on kickoffs and three on punts...Had a real strong showing at the East/West Shrine Game...A versatile prospect whose greatest impact will probably come as a return specialist.

MY thoughts axactly. I don't think he would cut it as an 1,2 or 3 WR.
