    Missouri’s ‘Pig’ Brown to sign with Chiefs, agent says

    COLUMBIA | Former University of Missouri safety Cornelius “Pig” Brown will arrive in Kansas City on Thursday night, undergo a physical Friday and "sign a contract on Saturday as a free agent with the Chiefs," Brown's agent,Tim Rogers, said Monday.


    However, Rogers told The Star the only thing that should prevent that would be Brown, who is almost totally recovered from a torn Achilles' tendon suffered in midseason at Mizzou.


    “It looks real promising,” Rogers said of Brown. “He’s going to be a player in the league.”


    Also on Monday, MU wideout Greg Bracey agreed to a free agent tryout with San Diego.
