    Default Morgan Signed

Kansas City Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Friday that the club has agreed to terms of a three-year contract with S DaJuan Morgan. As per Chiefs policy, no other terms of the agreement were made available.
Morgan is the sixth member of the Chiefs 2008 draft to class to agree to terms, joining fourth-round selection WR Will Franklin (105th overall), fifth-round selection CB Brandon Carr (140th overall), sixth-round pick T Barry Richardson (170th overall), sixth-round choice WR Kevin Robinson (182nd overall) and seventh-round pick DE Brian Johnston (210th overall).
Morgan (6-0, 203) joined the Chiefs as the club’s third of three third-round picks (82nd overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft. He saw action in 38 contests (12 starts) at North Carolina State, recording 245 tackles (169 solo), 19 passes defended and six interceptions. He also added nine special teams tackles and a 44-yard run on a fake punt. He entered the draft with a year of college eligibility remaining.
Morgan appeared in all 12 contests (11 starts) for the Wolfpack in 2007, opening six games at free safety and five games at strong safety. He produced a career-best 117 tackles (83 solo), three interceptions, 13 passes defended and one forced fumble. He earned second-team All-ACC honors.
The Riviera Beach, Florida native was a standout three-sport athlete at Suncoast High School. He earned all-region honors and was named the team MVP as a junior wide receiver.

ALL indications from Arrowhead are that ALL of the players will be signed before camp. I am in St. Louis, and there is talk of Chris Long signing, and as soon as that gets done, I look for Dorsey's agent to be at arrowhead. Expect Charles, and Flowers to get signed over the weekend, or Monday at latest.

I really, really hope you are correct. This whole signing thing is way too complicated.
