Hi Daman!
So you are married with 5 kids? My parents used to drive us 5 kids back and forth from Concordia,Ks to KC every year to see our grandparents. It was a 4 hour drive and I'm sure that me and my sister Mary drove our parents close to insanity with our fights in the back of the station-wagon. But they made us suffer that 4 hour drive anyway!
What I'm trying to say is that you can do the trip to KC, you just have to block out the kids' screaming.
