I ordered a custom jersey on the 20th of September. I never got ONE email regarding the status of my order. After 2 weeks of logging in, checking my status, and seeing no change, I called the "customer service line"( automated and useless ).
After another four days, I finally spoke to a human by choosing a different option on the "auto-line". We re-sent the order and I was told to check online in 3 business days.
So I've checked all week long, and no change. I got home tonight, logged in, and checked my status again.
My order has been canceled. NO reason why; just canceled.
