Anyhoo, this is what Herm's quote is.

When asked about the San Diego State job herm said "I have a college team right now"

He didn't say that he wasn't taking it, maybe there's light at the end of the tunnel after all.

It would be hilarious if someone else said it. The fact that he's in charge and he's saying it sounds stupid. Stupid, but honest---he's fielding a lousy team. He might have been referring to their age, I'm referring to their presense on the field. A couple years ago, the Giants were the youngest team in the NFL. They didn't stink to high hell.
