Time will tell on Herm's success rate. I think the fact that they have the same success rate, and one of Herm's class is still in their rookie year says something. Granted Peterson of course had a lot of negative effect. But also consider the fact that Vermeil traded away a lot of draft picks for veterans at or past their prime that lasted only one or two years.
