In Week 9, the Chiefs led 24-3, only to give up 20 second-half points and ultimately lose 30-27 in overtime to Tampa Bay. Fast-forward six weeks and the Chiefs are leading the hated Chargers 21-3 in the first half, only to fall 22-21 in the final moments after a bobbled onside kick. Both collapses occurred in the usually unfriendly confines of Arrowhead Stadium.

I'm really hoping that Herm does not stick around.
