We are talking about David Boston here...he has a history...consider the arrest enough

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

Bucs receiver Boston arrested for DUI

    Associated Press

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver David Boston was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after police found him passed out behind the wheel of a sport utility vehicle.
The 29-year-old was found slumped over the steering wheel of a red Range Rover on Thursday evening, police said.
    David Boston, WR
    Tampa Bay Buccaneers
    Career statistics
    Rec: 315
    Yards: 4,699
    Avg: 14.9
    TD: 25

The SUV was running and in drive. An officer woke up Boston, who said he was headed to Tampa International Airport.
Boston was arrested after a field sobriety test. Initial breath tests did not indicate alcohol but other test results are still pending, police said.
Boston was transported to the Pinellas County jail and later released.
Knee injuries have sidelined Boston for most of the past three seasons. He signed with Tampa Bay in May after spending the previous two years with the Miami Dolphins, but was released before the start of the 2006 season.
Boston was the eighth pick in the 1999 draft and has 315 receptions for 4,699 yards and 25 touchdowns in 75 career games with Arizona, San Diego and Miami. He was selected for the Pro Bowl in 2001, when he was with the Cardinals.
A telephone message left by with Boston's agent, Mitchell Frankel, was not immediately returned Friday afternoon
