I think the objective of training camp is to separate players from their home life and build a commaraderie with ther teammates - or their 2nd family. I think a little time and distance from home helps 'glue' a team together...

I agree with bike, it is a good thing to get them out of there own beds and away form all the distractions. Make them concentrate on football only, and make them work.

I also agree with Bike. Training at William Jewel in Leberty MO didnt help the team when they trained there. Also, im not sure St Joe is far enough away either. Personally, I hope Pioli wants to keep things in Wisconsin.

I think they need to be home at night with their family.

I also feel it would help players focus on their JOB..which is football..during the day..

there is no place like home and your own bed.

    they are not on vacation..

Team building is done at work..on most everyone's job.

It would be nice if they could have training camp in KC and then they go home to their families at night.
I know that when I'm not sleeping in my own bed I don't sleep well. Even on vacations.

I would love a few weeks of sleeping in a different bed and not listening to my wife snore...
The next game is the most important one of the season !!
