You username could be basically anything you want. Your email address would be something like: chiefster@chiefscrowd.com

The email service would be run through google and would work just like Gmail. Please vote.

I would never post in the open to another site what you should do, if I were asked for help it would be in PMs or IMs but never to the general membership, it's just not professional and totally uncalled for and only shows that he wants to push his site on others.
