Updating a previous item, ESPN.com reports a disorderly conduct charge against Denver Broncos WR Brandon Marshall, who was arrested in Atlanta Sunday, March 1, has been dropped and his case has been dismissed, a source close to Marshall tells ESPN's Michael Smith.

Charges may have been dropped, but he wont get away free. I guess either fine or suspension.
