Everyone loves Damon the backup as much as they love hermhater the sober.

Thanks for being there for us Damon!

    Good job.

I have to admit that I find it wierd how a miraculous catch that "bails-out" a quarterback, for six points is no longer a horrible pass.

And I hope he never gets a starting job with another team. I do hope he stays here as our backup, to finish his career.

I also hope Damon finishes his career as a Chief as backup. This being said I wouldn't blame him if he found a starting job at another lesser franchise. Wonder what the Dolphins would give us for him, we know they like our leftovers. I would like to see Thigpen as the backup right now just so that we can get him some gametime. That way if Damon leaves and Croyle is hurt he isn't a virgin.

The coverage was awesome, the catch was awesome, the throw got there in time for DBo to bring it down before the D Back could knock it away.

The resolution is terrible but you can watch the catch at the 2:21 minute mark here:

Plus he kept ahold of it with his freegin knees to complete. D Bo is a STUD. Brodies balls get there faster and more accurate but I like huard as a back. Hes always been one and can come in and "manage the game".

Yeah Huard manages the game, just like Herm manages the game. They manage to lose a cant lose game. They manage to put the Chiefs in the celler of the league. They manage to make the Chiefs the laughing stock of the NFL. And now Priest has jumped on the wagon with them.

I remember posting how Huard was "bailed out" by TG and DBo before.

About half of his passes it was just that. The other half were 5, 10, somtimes 15 yards over, or under thrown.

Damon is a good backup, but he is not consistent enough for the starting job, without a solid line.

Brodie can scramble. That makes a world of difference.

I have seen the play many times. And it is the exact same kind of throw that was getting criticized, when it was coming from Damon Huard.

I certainly ain't trying to take anything from Croyle, I think it was a very good pass. But, if that was a good pass, then so were the identical Haurd passes.
