KC Star : Vrabel brings a lot to the Chiefs

In the recently acquired Mike Vrabel, the Chiefs see an accomplished linebacker, a player with three Super Bowl rings and a leader for their forlorn defense. For his part, Vrabel is OK with all of that. He just wants more.

Yes Sir, I like what he had to say about him and Gonzo both in the end zone, everyone watching Tony, and he catches a pass for a TD. I don't think theres anything wrong using him in the offense once in a while, even if its a diversion.

Not only does Mike provide a distraction/weapon around the goal, he's a fairly good blocker.

Vrabel is a much needed addition to this Chiefs defense...something that has been sorely needed for some time. I look forward this season to seeing Vrabel make some big time defensive plays.
