Chiefs Chairman of the Board Clark Hunt ushered in a new era of leadership at Arrowhead in 2009. Hunt named former New England Patriots Vice President of Player Personnel Scott Pioli as the club’s new General Manager on January 13th. Hunt named former Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Todd Haley as the club’s head coach on February 6th to solidify the club’s leadership team.
CLARK HUNT - CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Hunt enters his fifth year as Chairman of the Board as the Chiefs franchise celebrates its 50th anniversary season in 2009. From the ongoing renovation and modernization efforts at Arrowhead, to the completion of a new administrative facility and the hiring of a new leadership team, Hunt has overseen a number of major changes in the Chiefs organization. He turns 44 on February 19th.
    SCOTT PIOLI - GENERAL MANAGER
Pioli spent the past nine seasons with the New England Patriots. Working with head coach Bill Belichick, New England won Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII and XXXIX, claimed the Lamar Hunt Trophy four times as the AFC Champion and won six AFC East titles. Owning 17 years of NFL experience with New England, the N.Y. Jets and Cleveland, Pioli turns 44 on March 31st.
    TODD HALEY - HEAD COACH
The second-youngest head coach in Chiefs history, Haley comes to Kansas City after helping guide Arizona to its first-ever Super Bowl. The Cardinals tied for third in the league in scoring offense and were fourth in total offense in 2008. Haley enters his 15th season in the NFL and his 13th campaign in a coaching capacity in 2009. He turns 42 on February 28th.
