Default I Like What I See!!

It's still early in the OTA's and these are my observations so far.

    1) Haley is a hard no nonsense coach.
    2) This coaching staff will be well prepared for every game.
    3) The players will be well conditioned and well prepared for every game.
    4) The players, young and old agree Haley gets after the players if needed and they have bought into his system. They are not talking improvement, but are talking about winning and winning now
    5) This team will show up every week and get after people until the game is over.
    6) If we sign a couple more FA, the playoffs are in reach.

I LIKE THE TRANSITION SO FAR AND CAN SEE THE BEGINNING OF A DYNASTY!!!

I think just the addition of Haley will add on a good 2 wins. We've needed this kind of coach for a long time.

Excellent Post! I agree with all that's been stated, and I too feel this is the kind of coach our young football team needs.

I'm anxious for this weekend's mandatory mini-camp. I want to see if Waters is going to show.

But overall, I agree completely that we've needed this kind of coach for a while, and I think things are moving in the right direction. With our division in the shape it's in, a division title isn't a fantasy.
