Not sure, I just found it recently. They do have SB4, try this KC Chiefs Games just click the play button. It's in B/W, man have the telecasts come along way not to mention the whole hype. Hope you enjoy.

I already use that site. It's really good! But for Sb IV it only has like recaps and things like that!

That second link I posted is the actual telecast for SB4 complete with commercials even. The other 2 on the main site are highlight reels, that true, but this KC Chiefs Games is the actual game.
