Well it just seemed to me that he was a bit inconsistent last year.

He seemed to have the occasional case of the dropsies at the most inopportune times.

A little more consistency out of him, and he is set..
I hope he realizes how lucky he is that he came to KC when he did, because like the optimist I am I think this team is on the rise. The QB is (hopefully) here, alot of young talent, and the management is in place.
I think he had some pretty good routes in that video, and I recognized many of those plays to be from last year. Looks like he has improved his route running a bit, now just fix the hands.
