The Colts, Steelers, Ravens and Pats are all in contention every year because they have people who are geat evaluaters of talent. They find starters and reserves and special team players in the lower rounds of the draft.
We can only hope Paoli and Haley have that ability, then we will have alot of very good years ahead.
