I was born in Nebraska but have lived in Iowa, and Kansas. Moved back to Nebraska after getting married, and have stayed, so far. I do have to say, that I do love Nebraska, and Kansas.

There are 3 stages of your license; L's which means you are a learner to driving. P's which means you've passed you driving test and finally when you get off you P's you are a fully qualified driver.

They are put on the back of your car. Sometimes at the front. They can be magnet, or they can be plastic and you strap it on somehow. If I get a car and I'm on my P plates I'll definately get a magnetic one. Unless there's a new type of way they'll do it.

BTW what on earth is a "billfold"?
