Default Finishing order of the AFC West in 2006

What order do you think our division will finish in this year?

    My pick...

    1. KC
    2. Oakland - a hunch
    3. Denver
    4. San Diego

If Rivers is a real diamond in the rough, swap them with Denver. They need to fully understand what they got in Plummer.
THAT quarterback is NOT a Pro Bowl quarterback. Never was and never will be.

Yeah; much of what we hear about NFL teams/players are smoke and mirrios.

    Chiefs '06 season (revised)

    5-11.

Larry Johnson - 1147 yds rushing

Trent Green -3 tds 8 ints (injured week four)

Looks like a very boring team now. The only play that I can see them gaining yards on is a dive up the middle for three yards.(we just became the Jets)

Excitement is now gone for me.

While I'm very disapointed that Roaf is gone, I'm not ready to jump on the doom and gloom band wagon; I'm holding out some ray of hope.

The donks should be our main competition, but I question their QB play :-D. Another factor is their defensive losses.

    Pick: 10-6

Sandyego will have problems early with new quarterback Rivers and their pass D will finall catch up with them.

    Pick: 7-9

The Faiders will have problems in all areas. :hammer:

    Pick 5-11

    Chiefs: No need for reason

    Pick 12-4

    1. Chiefs
    2. Donks
    3. Sandyeggo
    4. Faiders

    IMHO

    It's more in between.

    Actually, I'd think 11-5. Seriously.

    Homer: 13-3

I think the donkeys will sneak the division title at like 12-4 chiefs 10-6 again bolts 8-8 if LT stays healthy and faiders 6-10!!!

    Let's see.
    Chiefs
    Donks
    Chargers
    Raiders.

The Chiefs better step it up though. They have really been stinking it up in the preseason. Of course, last year the Colts were 0-5 in pre-season. They almost went undefeated.

I have no problem with the Chiefs losing ALL of their pre-season games. I have a problem with their inability to move the ball on offense.

First team, second team, no matter who is out there. The offense appears to be weak. The losses from the off-season have left us with a wet noodle of an offense.

Then, you look at the defense. There is no reason to expect a dramatic turnaround from last season's sub-par performance. The saying goes...."Rome wasn't built in a day." Well, it wasn't built in one off-season either. I expect an improvement on defense. But, I certainly don't expect a big enough improvement for the defense to carry a slow offense this season.

I have changed my view of this season. I now see my Chiefs as a team that is rebuilding. I hate that, but I can't find a reason to believe otherwise. Also, next off-season promises to bring us another rebuilding season in '07.

I will watch my beloved team with alot of hope and passion. However, 5-11 will not baffle me.
