How do I attach an Audio or video file to a chiefscrowd post? I know how to attach a picture file but how do I attach a vid or pic??

For YouTube videos just post the link to the page and it will show the video.

For audio you can't.

Well I think you can; you just have to upload it to youtube first - if I'm not mistaken.
