    I always forget to answer my own questions for you guys.

    Mine would be:

    Smoked Brisket & Bar-B-Q Ribs
    Crab legs or Lobster
    More bisket and ribs...
    more lobster....
    more Crab Legs...

    um....yea......

    Some REALLY good wine!!!
    (and maybe a beer for Canada)

    It is damn good. Its a very large tortilla, filled with sauteed onions, thin flank steak, and then the whole thing is covered with that white cheese sauce ( i think it maybe goat cheese, not sure but its great). And its served with Guacamole, sour cream, refried beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and lettuce. So I usually stuff it up with all of that and take a trip to heaven.

    Ok, now I am hungry for one, guess I know whats for supper tomorrow.
