    Thumbs up The Difference in Coaching....This sums it up!

    Looks like herm was to "laxed" in his approach with the team. These guys are actually enjoying the intensity of this training camp and new coaching regime!

    They lost their motivation after they got owned the Raiders cause of poor coaching descions. They just wanted the season to end.
