I probably won't get many good picks, but I have a nack for picking free agents and starting the right guys. I have won in our leauge 3 years in a row.

I had a really good year with that last year. My draft fell apart early as I had Addai, Romo, Bedwards and Graham. Ended up rotating Cassel, Thigpen and Rivers based on matchups, picked up Slaton and Moore from waivers too (Slaton may have been a late round pick, not completely sure, either way I was happy).

Oddly enough, using Autopick can be a blessing in disguise because it takes the emotion out of it and chooses the best player available. The players are usually pre-ranked pretty well based upon scouting services they subcontract with. I think yahoo uses rotowire.
