The league I have going with my friends I was able to land both Adrian Peterson and MJD. I traded Andre Johnson for Peterson. Hopefully that will pay out

Of those five, AP is by far the best. He has a great OL, is still relatively young, and Favre (despite his flaws) will at least keep defenses honest.

MJD is a great RB, and I love the Jags OL draft, but I don't trust his health. Chris Johnson platoons the ball too much with LenDale White poaching most of the goalline carries. I don't trust Derrick Ward or Brandon Jacobs to stay healthy, and both platoon the ball too much.

After AP, the best RBs (IMO) are Matt Forte, Michael Turner, Brian Westbrook, Steven Jackson, and Clinton Portis. Those last two have injury issues, but they are easy to handcuff and are the undisputed leaders on teams with good (or at least rebuilt) OLs.

Well, he did have the third most carries of any RB (for almost 1500 yards) last season, injuries or no. The Redskins tend to overwork him early in the season, but he'll end up with 1300-1400 yards and about 10 TDs every season. In a league heading more and more into RB-by-committee, that isn't bad at all.

I think Forte will do well in Chicago. Now with a passing threat.
