    The Chiefs hired Todd Haley as their head coach in large part because of his offensive creativity. On Monday, Haley said offensive coordinator Chan Gailey would call the plays, though he reserved the right to take over later in the season.

    I have no problem with this either. I think lat year, Herm lost us quite a few games with his meddling and mucking around with things.

    The coaching staff should be a team within the team and they should work together, I am happy to see everyone has a job.
