Rep notification

I was on Sweets' site, gridironfans, and I have noticed that they have a notification of new rep. Just up in the upper right hand corner, in the same notification box as the "unread posts" and "Private messages". I like it and wonder if we could/should do the same, here.

You can't see the rep remarks that people give you here either. You can make it so that clicking someones name you can see their profile and their rep comments left by other members.

Both of these could be done pretty easily. Does everyone want this added?

Actually, they are displayed, at least the most recent ones are, when you click user cp.

I wouldn't mind seeing rep carry some weight. Along the lines of, the longer you have been here and the amount of posting you have done to increase the worth of your rep.
