    Beer Brittle.

    Just watching Unwrapped this evening on Food Network. They had a portion on the invention of beer brittle. Peanut brittle made with beer. They also make it with Chardonney. I'll bet the beer is really good. Espicially the Fiery Beer Brittle I found an article on.
    Definitely an interesting and original gift idea.
