Injury list is long The Chiefs had one of the lengthiest injury lists of their preseason at practice Monday. In addition to quarterback Matt Cassel, seven players were missing: cornerback Brandon Flowers, safety Bernard Pollard, linebacker Zach Thomas, wide receivers Devard Darling and Amani Toomer, running back Kolby Smith and tight end Jake O’Connell.
