    I would have preferred Cowher. But you can have Holmgren, Shanahan, Chuckie, and the others. There were no guarantees the Chiefs would have landed Cowher and I think Pioli knew that. Cowher doesn't need a rebuilding project. He will inherit a great team somewhere when he's ready to comeback. Very likely San Diego. I think Norv will get the axe next year. I'd be willing to bet money on it.
    You have to think though that even the chargers are a year away from having to rebuikd as well.

    No people just want to bash other peoples opinions. We would have been better either keeping Herm or Making Chan the HC atleast until the next season when there are several proven coaches available.

    Cowher was NOT available, he wanted to stay with the halftime show.
