Default Anyone think it's possible to go 6-0 the rest of the way??

I think it's possible, just not probable. I AM however looking for at least 4-2! What do you guys think?

    KC Offense

    29th in points scored
    26th in total yards
    26th in passing yards
    16th in rushing yards

    OAK Offense

    32nd in points scored
    30th in total yards
    32nd in passing yards
    10th in rushing yards

    KC Defense

    28th in points allowed
    32nd in total yards allowed
    27th in passing yards allowed
    31st in rushing yards allowed

    OAK Defense

    23rd in points allowed
    25th in total yards allowed
    12th in passing yards allowed
    30th in rushing yard allowed

Pretty even, with a slight edge to OAK on defensive numbers. We should have won our home game, but I think OAK pulls out a victory in their home turf. That stadium is a nightmare for opposing teams every year, no matter how terrible OAK is playing.

I think the only other win comes against CIN to round out the year at 2-14. The elements are there to win, but Herm and his coaches just can't put together 4 quarters of winning football.
How do they stack up over the last month though? We started out really sh!tty, but have shown some improvement while the gayders are going back downhill. And you are joking about how hard it is for teams to win in Jokeland right? They have lost more than anyone since they went to the Superbowl.

I'd like to think we can win 3 of the remaining games, but realistically I say we only win one more game this season. Raiders game.

    Well:

QB: Thigpen over Russell - Advantge Chiefs
RB: McFadden, Bush, and Fargas over LJ, Kolby, and Charles - Advantage Raiders
FB: I don't know if the Raiders have one
TE: Gonzo over Miller - Advantage Chiefs
LT: Albert over Kwame Harris - Advantage Chiefs
LG: Waters over Gallery - Advantage Chiefs
C: Grove over Niswanger - Advantage Raiders
RG: Carlisle over Albai Jones - Advantage Raiders
RT: Cornell Green over McIntosh - Advantage Raiders
WR1: Bowe over Walker - Advantage Chiefs
WR2: Bradley over Chaz Schilenz - Advantage Chiefs

LDE: Richardson over Boone/McBride - Advantage Raiders
RDE: Derrick Burgess over Tamba Hali - Advantage Raiders
1DT: Tommy Kelly over Dorsey - Advantage Raiders
2DT: Gerard Warren over Tank - Advantage Raiders
LOLB: DJ over Brown - Advantage Chiefs
MLB: Morrison over Pat Thomas - Advantage Raiders
ROLB: Howard over Donnie Edwards - Advantage Raiders
CB1: Nnamdi over Flowers - Advantage Raiders
CB2: Carr over Johnson - Advantage Chiefs
FS: Eugene over Page - Advantage Raiders
SS: Wilson over Pollard - Advantage Raiders

K: Janikowski over Barth - Advantage Raiders
P: Tie between Colquitt and Lechler

I'm ranking these players as they are now. I'd agree, for example, that Tank and Dorsey may have more upside than Kelly and Warren, but they are playing worse this season.

    That's Chiefs 8, Raiders 14, Tie 1, Unscored 1.

I'd be the first to admit that having a real QB gives us a massive advantage. But we are deficient at most positions.

The Faids QB is soooo horrible tho if we just commit to stopping the run and make JR win by throwing, we got it.

They just stopped throwing in the last game because nobody was doing anything and ran it practically every play.

We will both be playing like we have nothing to lose, but JR is not good enuf to play like that. We have an offense now. So it will be different.

Their return game is better than ours I think. And Im not impressed with our special team coverage, so that will come in to play.

I'm not saying it's hard to win there. I'm saying it's a tough stadium, full of freak shows. All the AFC West stadiums are tough to play in and rivalry games make them even tougher.

We've shown improvement, but we still can't seem to put it all together and pull off a win. Luckily the entire AFC West sucks this year and no one has any bragging rights. Luckily for me, there aren't too many Raider, Bronco or Charger fans here in Texas. Hell, they're aren't too many Chiefs fans either! I have to stomach through tons of Cowgirls fans though.

Seeing us win out would be nice, we'd go from horrible to mediocre! Personally, I think it's time to see the steps of the next part of our rebuilding. We've seen some of the fruits of the offense come together, how about some defense?
