    Default Mandatory Mini Camp

Chiefs are ready for mandatory mini camp, with or without Waters.
After not showing for charity event he was a co-chairman for on wednesday, it is doubtful he will show.

If he sits out, I'll have not more respect for the guy, let him sit out his whole contract

I don't have much left for him after reading this part

"He skipped a charity event Wednesday that had billed Waters as one of its marquee attendees."

Being pissed at the coaching staff and management is one thing, take it out the Chiefs, not a charitable organization. That is just sh!tty.

For all this fuss, he'd better be pro-bowl caliber and then some, this season.

I still don't belevie the all the details that have been given.

    Time line:

Feb: Media reports he request trade; Pioli/Haley never confirm nor deny the reports.

March: Repeated rumor from the previous month, Piloi and Haley still don't say anything.

April: Same stuff, optional practices start and he doesn't show. No reasoing behind it from anyone.

    May: Blah Blah Blah!

June: Mandatory practice starts and he is there, no reasoning from anyone.

Seems to me everything is really ok. If things weren't OK, he wouldn't be there now. Can we believe the story that was told in Feb?

Vrabel never showed up either, and no one big dealed that. Maybe he had personal reasons.

read somewhere or another (probably arrowheadpride) that NFLPA player reps don't regularly attend OTAs and optional workouts.

don't quote that as fact just what I read. be interesting to see how many player reps did or did not attend any voluntary workouts.
