Whoever Reid/Hunt decide on - This will be Reid's team imo.

Welcome to Kansas City coach Reid, and thank you Clark Hunt for taking thi franchise future into your hand and doing what needed to be done. I'm very excited to see what kind of team we become under coach Reid. One thing is for sure, there's only one direction we can go from the last 2 seasons.....that's up!! Go Chiefs!!

Our former GM exited with some class. He admitted he did not get the job done but I think he always made his decisions with the Chief's best interests foremost in his mind.

I wish him well and thank him for trying.

The problem was he tried doing it the Patriot way instead of forging his own creativity and you can't do that as a GM. His inflexibility led to his demise.

To whoever posted "Hit the Road, Jack" - Thank you. My thoughts exactly. Spot on.

Pioli couldn't fix the obvious. The O-line was getting manhandled by every afc west opponent (especially the Raiders) and still is. The $60 million dollar backup QB didn't pan out. Todd Haley, Romeo, letting Weis go just as they were beginning to have some success, Tyler Palko, wiretaps - the list of Pioli follies could go on forever.

Yeah, I think he really wanted to succeed, but was just not good at what he was getting paid to do here. I think he had good intentions, but bad ideas of how to get there. Glad we are moving into a new chapter of the Chiefs. May this one work out for the best!
