Well, Pioli clearly said "Brandan Albert is our Left Tackle, and he improved over the season last year" so we can scratch Bulaga off the list. What did you all think?

Resident Ambassador!
I think because Pioli came out and said that, I'm guessing his actual opinion is the complete opposite.
Dan Williams or McClain.
Berry is probably coming to town! I do think he is really a "can't miss!"
I thought he pretty much ruled Berry out once he brought up Economics.
I believe he was specifically asked about Albert. I think it was Adam Teicher asking. Right now there is no other LT on this team better than Albert. He certinaly will not say anything negative about Albert until they have a better option or you get into a situation like Denver did last year with Jay Cutler. Josh McDaniels basically said Cassel was his guys, didn't get him and burned his bridge with Cutler and was forced to trade him.
He has also said, he is not interest in drafting a saftey at #5. Yet Many still think he is the guy.
I hope the Chiefs are hoping Okung falls to 5, if he does not, they call Baltimore offer the 2nd from Atlanta for TG, and get Gaither and then draft another position. If Baltimore says, NO thanks... We draft a Trent Williams or Bulaga.
I thought that too, until he was talking about the economics of the posotions like the D line. There is a lot of money tied up in the D line already, but not in the safety positions. There is some big improvement of the o line already and it just seems like they can still get o line in the second round if that is a concern. I don't see them taking a tackle with the first pick, especially if Okung is gone. That is too high for McLain but trading "up or down" is an option for sure and then he is the player I would try to get if we traded down.
