I'm good w/ that ,as long as it gets rid of pioli.

Didn't know he had Johnson and Shula connections. Wasn't he there during Reid's best years in Philly ? This is lookin better all the time.

And I remember it started up in NE in the 3rd game of the 2002 season against the defending SB champs. Even though NE won in OT 41-38, the Pats defensive front 7 could not begin to even cope with Roaf, Shields, and company.

    Default possible staff for Reid

Since its lookin like a done deal for Reid /Heckert anyone hearing about his assistants ?

Is he gonna just bring what he had in Philly or others ? Reid has got a long list of them that have worked for and or want to work with him , from everything i keep hearing.

My question is regarding the Defensive staff. We know that the Offensive staff will be completely overthrown if Reid comes in ( thank goodness ), but is there a chance some of the Defensive coaches stay & will they stay with a 3-4 or switch to a 4-3 ??

Is there some kind of a connection between Reid and DV or Hackert and DV? Or was the pic just a "feel good" sort of thing? Hard not to miss the DV days!!!

wouldn't mind if Gibbs stayed at LB coach , been too many injuries , youth and just plain not good enuff players to get a better picture of Thomas. The rest idk.

Johnson was blitz happy , wonder if Reid will bring in someone similiar in style ? Those were the best defenses that Reid had. Just don't know if i like blitzing that often.

But i would like to see more aggressiveness coupled w/ knowing when to back off.
