It be nice to be a team that competes every year and always next year meant a trip to the super bowl and not a playoff birth

I dont think he played well but i was just prepared for the hypocrisy of anti orton threads on thier way by the same people that bombed on antincassel threads. I would rather have orton behind center, yes

Dude u r delusional. Orton made poor throws all day long. Watch the game and look at his face completely frustrated. Bowe dropped plenty of balls for cassel. The pick in the end zone should have never happened thats 3 pts. So that pick is as costly as bowes drop. Plenty of blame to go around but orton played about as well as cassel and the stats show it

The drop by Bowe was bad, but is no excuse for turning the ball over on the next play. I'm sorry, it's just not.

If bowe does his Job that pick NEVER HAPPENS no qb in the history of the NFL has ever throw a pick from the sideline where Orton should have been after throwing a td pass. It's that simple. Orton didn't play great but he played good enough for us to win that game. He did his job enough. Bowes drop hurt more then anything Orton did.

It is still no excuse for throwing a pick in the redzone. That should never happen....ever. Let's face it, he threw a brutal pick, and between that and Bowe's drop it basically cost the Chiefs a win.

Regardless, this team was awful today. Mistakes, penalties. We once again played down to the Raiders level and they won in the end.
