    i like the pick we got a chance at having a descent kicker. filled a team need with a worthless pick

    You never know with kickers, he could come in and beat out Barth, who was an undrafted free agent. I thought Barth did improve throughout the season, but the lifespan of a kicker is quite short sometimes.

    Being a huge South Carolina fan, I can tell you guys that Succop has the potential to be one heck of a kicker. He can really boot the ball. Had a great year in 2006. He couldn't quite live up to his expectations in 07 and 08 but he was still pretty good.
