Default Can our coaching staff be improved upon next year?

The following is far-fetched, I know, but bear with me just for spits and giggles:

There are some headcoaches who are on increasingly hot seats. One, Gary Kubiak, has already been burned. Which of said coaches or their coordinators would you predict to be fired and if so you would like them on the Chiefs roster replacing a KC coach you are sour on?

    Throw out names and discuss.

You don't like anything about the Chiefs, do you? What coaches do you think would be better?

This space is reserved for something that has nothing whatsoever to do with MatthewsChiefs. (Whoever THAT is!)

None of you can sit there and tell me that our coaching staff had made good halftime improvements on offense or defense Denver and chargers beat us both with by the same way..Denver twice in 3 weeks and they couldn't adjust??

The coaching staff has made enought adjustments to take a 2-14 team to a 10-3 team raising your standard from hoping for a competitive season to getting mad enough to fire coaches for losing against two of the top performing QB's in the NFL. Two Qb's that have put up these stats against more than just the Chiefs.

Yes they lost to the pre-season favorite superbowl contender Donkies twice, and they blew a double digit lead against a good QB. Yes that loss should have never happened.

But are we really ready to replace coaches for raising your expectations based on their performance.

See the good thing about those loses. It gives us time to work on those issues, not just for this year, but next year as well.

Our coaching staff has made mistakes - yes, but at this point after not even one full season under their belt here I honestly can't see us firing any of them as of yet.

From 2-14 to 10-3 to date, 'nough said.

Yes our coaches are good enough to get us into pay offs with weak schedule.. What about super bowl and with tougher schedule?? Thats my concern...
