ESPN?s Bill Williamson is asking the same thing after Sal Paolantonio reported that Denver is one of three teams that have had multiple conversations with the Eagles about the availability of quarterback Donovan McNabb. The other two teams are Buffalo and Cleveland.

As Pioli talks about the right fit and not spending big money, it looks like Denver might be doing the exact opposite.

We still have a long way to go and we won’t know anything about blockbusters like this for a while, but it’s still fun to speculate.
