So the Carolina Panthers have “unfranchised” Josh Norman….He is now an unrestricted free agent.

Hard not to salivate at the idea of getting him. He would seem to replace and maybe better Sean Smith. But we are talking somewhere around $15 million.

1) Anybody have any idea how we could come up with the cash?
