Hello Chiefs fans.

I’m not here to troll your board at all. I am a Cowboys fan. I am also a Longhorns fan, so I keep up with DJ and Charles.

However, as of this year’s draft, Gaines is now my favorite Chief. He graduated from the same HS as me, one of the most successful football programs in TX high school history, Converse Judson.

Any info you can offer on his progress or play will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

BTW, even though you have that scumbag Reid as your coach, I am rooting for you to win your division. Read more…

The Chiefs signed veteran safety Steve Gregory at the end of July to bolster their depth chart at a position where they’ve already lost Sanders Commings for an extended period of time. But he was overpowered on almost all plays. I thought he put extra emphasis on getting stronger this off season. Boy, it did not show!

The rest of the O-line was poor, but we all now O-lines need to gel and this one hasn’t had the Read more…

Despite fundamental differences between the name of the Chiefs and the label applied to the Washington NFL franchise, some believe that the Chiefs, like Washington, should change their name. While a full-blown debate on that topic may never happen (and should never happen), the Chiefs are addressing the situation long before any such efforts would…

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Big plays were the order of the day for the Kansas City Chiefs in their preseason opener Thursday night. They scored twice on interception returns (36 yards bySean Smith and 51 yards by Malcolm Bronson), a punt return (80 yards by De’Anthony Thomas) and had a 69-yard touchdown pass (Chase Daniel to Travis Kelce).

Those plays covered for sloppiness from the starting offense and defense as the Chiefs beat the Cincinnati Bengals 41-39 at Arrowhead Stadium.
